Features & Applications

The XTENDEX® HDMI USB KVM Extender provides local and remote KVM (USB keyboard, USB mouse and HDMI monitor) access to a USB computer up to 91 meters over CAT5/6/7 cable. Each ST-C6USBH-300 consists of a local unit that connects to a computer, and a remote unit that connects to a keyboard, monitor and mouse. The local and remote units are interconnected via CAT5/6/7 cable.
  • Transmits all signals over one CAT5/6/7 cable.
  • Supports HDTV resolutions to 1080p and computer resolutions to 1920x1200 (WUXGA).
  • HDMI features supported:
    • 12-bit Deep Color
    • x.v.Color
    • Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Digital, and DTS
    • Bandwidth up to 225 MHz (6.75 Gbps)
    • Support for CEC (consumer electronic control) compatible devices.

  • Available with optional IR control and/or additional USB 2.0 (low/full speed) port.

  • Available with an optional female USB Type A connector for an additional USB 2.0 (low/full speed) device.
    • Use to connect a 3M or Elo USB touch screen monitor, NEC Multisync E222W touch screen monitor, CAC card reader, SMART Board™ interactive whiteboard, SMART Podium™ interactive pen display, or Motorola Symbol LS3408 bar code scanner.
    • USB maximum data rate: 12 Mbps
  • One female RJ45 port for sending/receiving high definition video/audio, USB, IR, CEC, and DDC signals.

  • Use CAT6A-BULK23-BLUE-NPC CAT6a 750 MHz Solid Unshielded Bulk Cable terminated with 6A-PLG-SH-BFA CAT6a Shielded Field Assembly RJ45 Connectors for the best performance at 1080p resolution.
